  I'm very upset about what happened today. I went in to have a document printed and binned for me. I was not asked if I wanted it in color or black and white. The document was from an excel spreadsheet and on the computer it was in color. It was printed in color and I was charged an obscene amount. More than twice what I had paid yesterday for 2 printed and binned documents of the same thing. When I did say something to the guy at the counter about it being so much he said "people don't realize that color copies are more". Well if I had known that it was going to be $0.40 more I would have obviously said black and white but I was never asked or informed about that. Unfortunately I was wearing a school shirt and did not want to make a scene about being charged so much so I paid for it (because I do need it for school) and I left but I will NOT be going back! If I need something I will go somewhere else.
