  Poor customer service. No followup and don't return calls. Dealt with Jason B. and could not get manager Andrew to return my call. Cannot get them to call u back once the ink is dry although they encourage you to call.

  What is going on in this store? Is the only question I can ask. They have employees wearing different name tags and flirting with each other behind the counter and cannot process a simple return. The customer care line is not any better. Don't go with sprint.
